Get ready to make new friends at the “Old Friends Dog Sanctuary”!

Be prepared to have your wildest dreams come true (well… my dreams anyway) because Runaway, a mobile game developer, are teaming up with Old Friends Senior Dog Sanctuary to create a game where you can look after your own doggy residents at the Old Friends Dog Sanctuary!
The game will be a relaxing simulation where you rescue and take care of senior dogs. The doggy residents will be based out of actual residents from the real Old Friends Dog Sanctuary and you will be able to decorate their living space and develope a friendship with each of the dogs.

The real Old Friends Senior Dog Sanctuary (OFSDS) is a nonprofit organisation located in Mt. Juliet, TN dedicated to providing “Forever Foster Homes” to senior dogs. They care for a variety of dogs from a range of sizes and disabilities and ensure that these lovely dogs are able to have the best love and care for the remainder of their lives.

The game is scheduled to release in 2020 but what they do have now is a 2020 OFSDS Calendar – A Year of Friendship, an adorable calendar featuring actual doggy residents that live at the sanctuary for $18.00! 100% of the proceeds go straight to the charity.

Runaway pride themselves on creating games that are inspired by the natural world and have created a variety of games such as Furistas Cat Cafe and Flutter: Starlight – both popular simulation games that focus on raising creatures and it seems that their collaboration with OFDSD was destined!

If you’re interested in the game, you can visit the website: https://www.oldfriendsgame.com/ and enter your email to recieve updates.

And if you want to help out OFSDS, you can visit their website: https://ofsds.org/ and read up on their charity, meet some of the dogs, donate and even volunteer.
